If you open multiple accounts using the same email, phone number, or government ID, we will detect this during KYC verification and close the duplicate accounts. Your balance may be forfeited if we find duplicate accounts. If you have forgotten your password or lost access to your account, contact our support team to recover it rather than opening a new account. We can help you reset your credentials within one business day.
Opening an account on manado takes three steps. First, provide your email, username, password, and mobile number on our registration form. Second, verify your email by clicking the link we send you. Third, complete KYC verification by uploading a photo of your government ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and a selfie holding your ID. Our team reviews your documents within 2–4 hours. Once approved, your account is active and you can deposit and place bets. If your documents are unclear or incomplete, we will ask you to resubmit. Yes. We at manado accept bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. To deposit via bank transfer, log into your account, select Bank Transfer, and choose your bank. We will generate a unique virtual account number for you. Transfer the amount from your bank account to that virtual account number. The funds arrive in your manado account within 1–2 hours during business hours, or within 4 hours outside business hours. Keep your virtual account number safe—do not share it with others. Each transfer is tied to your account and cannot be reversed once sent. If you transfer to the wrong account by mistake, contact our support team immediately.
